Just a thought...

Can you limit your sitting and sleeping to just 23.5 hours a day??
Brett made me watch this video tonight, and I love how plain and simple it is!! I'm guilty of sitting around all day, barely moving some days. But for the most part, I really try to walk around on lunch breaks (instead of taking a nap), go to the gym right after work, and spend extra time at the gym on my lovely Saturdays.
